Support Report
What data can I keep track of in the Support Reports?
The Support Reports tab is where you can track the supports of your project and update the delivery of the rewards in real time! Through it you can view support data, supporter data, and track the management of rewards delivery.
Public
Name that the user uses in the DoNation profile
Full name (or Company name ) full name of the person in charge of the DoNation Platform profile
Mobile Number of the supporter
point of contact with the supporter
Date of creation of the support
date and time when the supporter made the support in the DoNation Platform. it is worth remembering that, for payments in bank draft, the confirmation may appear and up to 4 business days after the creation of the support.
Whether the support is public or not
when a supporter decides to makenon-public support, this means that his or her name will only be visible to the project director and the Cato team. In this way, your identity will not be public on the project page, even if the amount of your contribution is normally accounted for in the campaign collection. These supports are flagged in the Support Report with the tag:
Support Status
A support can have 4 different statuses:
Support | Pending
In the majority of the time, they are tickets in confirmation period. After the issue it may take up to 4 business days for us to be able to tell if the ticket was paid (support confirmed) or not (support canceled).
Eventually high value supports made with credit card can get outstanding as well. When a credit card support has a very high value (in relation to normal use of it) we performed some extra procedures to confirm (or cancel) the transaction safely.
While a support is pending it is not counted on the project page and is visible only to the project manager within the Project Support Reporting tab.
Confirmed support
SMS support, which has been paid for and confirmed by the system. Once a support is confirmed, it will appear on the project page and can also be viewed on the accompanying charts in the My Campaign tab.
