How long should this stage last?

The post campaign contains everything that happens after the collection in the DoNation Platform has been finalized so, as a whole it does not have a definite deadline but it is possible to break it in some fundamental steps to better understand the next steps.

What happens at this stage?

Receipt of collected money

Because we know that this stage is crucial.

All money collected by telos, at the end of the month we generate invoices and send to respective telcos. It will take minimum 4 business days to approve invoice from DoNation Foundation. Telcos deduct money from the collected amount and send amount to DoNation Foundation bank account.

Telcos Share per SMS;  

• Jazz(Mobilink & Warid) = 20%
• Telenor = 0%
• Zong = 10%
• Ufone = 20%

DoNation Fee

If the campaign has been funded, the fee will be charged prior to the transfer of the money . In this way, the transfer that the DoNation will make to the organisation after deducting 10% of the total collected amount.

Responsible for designing and bank account to receive the money
before the campaign begins, the tab REGISTRATION DATA on the project page, must be populated with the data of the person (natural or legal) to be Responsible cool by design .

The legal person responsible for the project  must:

• Be 18 or older;
• Own Registration No. 
• Have an address in Pakistan
  

The legal person responsible for the project will be responsible for:

• Receive the money from the collection in a bank account of the organisation;
• To realize the project ;
• Receive the Invoice , which will be issued to your organisation;
• Respond (legally, inclusively) for any problem or questioning related to the campaign.

The bank account to receive the money:

• It should be mandatory to have the legal Responsible for the project
• It should  be informed at the end of the collection and only if the project is funded.
• It should be a organisational account.

Project Execution and Accountability

DoNation Platform does not supervise the execution of the projects financed by the site. As a director, it is your sole responsibility to execute the project and be accountable to the supporters. 

The deadline for executing the project you financed at DoNation Platform depends primarily on the commitment you made with your supporters during the collection i.e it has to do with the delivery estimate you offered and any other promises you made throughout the campaign . It is important to remember that collective financing is based on trust and transparency. It may take your project to take weeks, months or even years to complete, and throughout this time we hope you will keep your supporters informed about the progress and development of achievement, how money is being used.

To do this, you can use the Project News tab  . This space will always be open and available so you can update your supporters. It is worth remembering that once you post there, the message will be replicated directly to the supporters within the chosen group at the time of submission.
