How do i cancel my campaign?

If you’d like to cancel your campaign, you can do so through your own project page. This procedure can be done at any time.

By requesting the cancellation of the project through the system, your collection will be immediately interrupted and its status will be changed to “Waiting for cancellation”. The project will remain in this status until the DoNation Platform system completes the cancellation process. Once this happens, It is worth emphasizing that the process of requesting the cancellation is irreversible and that you will not be entitled to receive the money by using the keyword of your canceled project. Support will receive a message with update that this project is canceled/closed

To request the final cancellation of the campaign, just follow this step-by-step:

1. Access the My Campaign tab 

2. In the lower right corner of the page, click  Cancel Project

3. Confirm your decision by typing “ cancel-project ” in the field indicated

4. Click “ Next step”>

5. Write the cancellation message that will be sent to your supporters. Take advantage of this field to explain your reasons. 

6. Send the message and confirm the cancellation request by clicking on “ Cancel Campaign “.
