Mohammad Hussain, a thirty-eight years old married man, responsible for five children and an old mother who remains unwell most of the time, met with a severe road accident a few months back. A rickshaw driver, earning a decent living by working ten hours a day, suddenly, Mohammad Hussain found his life and means of living falling apart! Alhamdolillah, he had survived the accident, but sadly, his rickshaw had been completely destroyed. Needless to say, life became quite difficult for him and his family as he had very little savings left to buy a new rickshaw.

This driver is not an escapist. He didn’t hide behind the walls of his tragedy. He contacted DoNation Foundation to get an interest free loan to buy himself a new auto rickshaw in order to be able to put food on the table and send his children to school. He did exactly what a father is supposed to do, and Allah blessed his intention and effort. SubhaanAllah!

DoNation Foundation, with the help of some very conscientious donors, successfully raised enough funding for this project to give a better life to Muhammad Hussain and his family, by helping him buy the rickshaw.

His children are again enrolled in a school, and he goes out to work daily looking for the blessing in hard-earned money. The cycle of life is running smoothly again, after a small test of patience and will.

The family lives in Lahore, Pakistan.
